Our client is a global blockchain company and leader in the market that helps its clients to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money around the world.

We are currently recruiting a German native speaker in Barcelona, to lead, supervise and motivate the customer service team.

The Job.

As a Customer Support Lead you will be in charge of leading multilingual team in a local office and making sure that the team delivers highest quality support to customers both locally and globally and reaching performance targets.

The Profile.

– 3+ years’ experience of a proven team leading experience or experience as a senior customer service representative
– Ability successfully lead fast-growing international team
– Previous working experience in finance or/and new technology sector considered as a great advantage
– Strong interest in blockchain or understanding the industry
– Exceptional written communication skill and a good listener
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
– Comfortable working in a fast-phase environment
– Fluent in English and German is a must

Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts
